Terms of Service
Last updated October 2, 2026.
These terms are the agreement between you and PinWatcher when you use pinwatcher.com or the app at app.pinwatcher.com. By making an account or using the app, you agree to them.
The service
PinWatcher helps you research Pinterest keywords, study the pins that rank for them, and track where your own pins rank. It reads information that is public on Pinterest. PinWatcher is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Pinterest.
Your account
- You must be 16 or older, and give a real email address you can read.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- One account per person. Do not make accounts to get around the daily limits.
Fair use
PinWatcher asks Pinterest for information on your behalf, so every account has fair limits, such as a number of Pinterest lookups a day. Please do not:
- use scripts, bots or other automated ways to use the app, or to copy its data in bulk;
- try to get around the limits, break into other accounts, or disrupt the service;
- use PinWatcher for anything unlawful, or to harass anyone.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Your content
What you put in PinWatcher (keywords, websites, lists, notes) stays yours. You let us keep and process it only to run the service for you. You can delete it, and your whole account, at any time in Settings.
Pinterest’s information and AI briefs
Numbers and pins come from Pinterest as it shows them at the time. They can change, be incomplete or be wrong, and Pinterest may change what it shows at any time. AI pin briefs are written by an AI from that information: check them before you rely on them. When you use Pinterest itself, its own terms apply.
Price
PinWatcher is free to use today, within its limits. If we ever offer paid plans, we will say so clearly before anything costs money; we never charge you without your agreement.
Changes to the service
We keep improving PinWatcher, so features and limits can change. We may also pause or end the service; if we end it, we will tell account holders in advance.
No guarantees
PinWatcher is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and running, but we do not promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that using it will improve your results on Pinterest.
Limits on liability
As far as the law allows, PinWatcher is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or traffic, from using or not being able to use the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
Ending
You can stop using PinWatcher and delete your account whenever you like. These terms keep applying to what happened while you had an account.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we update them here and change the date at the top. For a change that matters, we tell account holders by email before it applies.
